Presidente da SPLS participa no Health Literacy Summit no FIP Copenhagen 2025
A Sociedade Portuguesa de Literacia em Saúde (SPLS) tem a honra de anunciar a participação da sua Presidente, Professora Doutora Cristina Vaz de Almeida, no prestigiado Health Literacy Summit, que teve lugar durante o FIP Copenhagen 2025 – um dos mais relevantes encontros globais no campo da farmácia e das ciências farmacêuticas.
Organizado pela Health and Medicines Information Section (HaMIS), o evento reuniu um painel de especialistas de renome mundial para discutir o papel transformador da literacia em saúde nas políticas públicas, na prática clínica e na comunicação com os cidadãos. A sessão visou colocar em evidência a literacia em saúde como pilar central da capacitação dos doentes, da tomada de decisões partilhada e da prestação de cuidados de saúde mais seguros, eficazes e inclusivos.
Entre os oradores convidados destacaram-se nomes como Kristine Sørensen (Keynote Speaker), Juan García Burgos, Kirsten McCaffery, Laura Sahm, Lee Hibbard, Sally Arif, Misti Spann, Whitley Yi, Gina Prescott, e a nossa representante nacional, Professora Doutora Cristina Vaz de Almeida, que contribuiu com a sua visão e experiência no domínio da literacia em saúde, educação para a saúde e comunicação em saúde.
